the location is super good, beach is close and portaventura is near too. super nice and not noisy at night. special thanks for the high floor room we asked for, it was perfect! the food is amazing, 5/5, great variety and...  

clean hotel with great amenities

The hotel had an impressive cleanliness standard, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. The location impressed me, as it provided easy access to local attractions. The pool area was a highlight. it was spacious and well-maintained....  

I stayed in a Quadruple Room with two double beds, and it was pretty comfy for me and the kids. The air-conditioning worked great, kept it cool. The bathroom was nice too, with all the basics included. Just a couple of annoyances like a broken bathroom sink plug and a bit noisy from dragging chairs at night. But overall, the room felt clean and cozy, which was vital for our family stay.

Family with kids will enjoy this place

The entertainment team were fantastic, especially with the kids, making their time super engaging. My son had an absolute blast at the splash park, it's like a mini paradise for the little ones, and they had activities all...  

Loved the water slides and kids' club, but struggled with dining seating at peak times.

We had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the incredible variety in breakfast options and the fun atmosphere around the pool area. The only downside was occasionally noisy dining times.

Dining experiences may feel limited, as the menu often repeats, especially for dinner. Families might struggle to find age-appropriate entertainment for older kids, with activities skewed towards younger children. some aspects of cleanliness could be improved. while rooms are cleaned daily, details like under-bed dust might be left unnoticed. The cafeteria experiences slow service during peak hours, which could test your patience, especially if you're trying to grab a quick bite. Lastly, the rules around sun loungers can add unnecessary stress, with a strict lifeguard enforcing a 20-minute rule that feels excessive.

The hotel has a fantastic pool area with a splash pool perfect for kids. We loved the nightly mini-disco, my child had a blast dancing away! The location was also great, just a short walk to Salou beach and various shops....  

Decent Family Getaway, but with Room for Improvement

We stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed the convenient location. The restaurant offered tasty dinners, yet breakfast queues were frustrating. Staff varied in cheerfulness. A bigger room with more storage would have made our stay perfect. Consider dining out if queues are long!

Rooms were clean with fresh towels daily. Enjoyed the kids' play area. Bar closed too early.

Had a blast with friends! The pool area was spotless, and we enjoyed a few rounds of mini golf. The friendly staff were always ready to help, and I loved the gym facilities. Plus, great air conditioning made...
